Common Questions
Everything inbound travelers ask us before booking — visas, payments, guides, customization, and more.
01
Do I need a visa to travel to China?
Most Western passport holders need a visa. We handle the entire process for tourist (L), business (M), and study (X1/X2) visas with a 99% approval rate. Documents are usually ready in 7-10 working days.
02
What is the best time to visit China?
Spring (April-May) and autumn (September-October) are ideal across most regions. Winter is great for the Harbin Ice Festival and southern destinations like Yunnan. Summer is hot in the interior but perfect for Tibet and Inner Mongolia.
03
Can you customize an itinerary for my group?
Absolutely — every Custom Tour is built from scratch. Share your dates, interests, pace, and budget, and our designers will craft a proposal within 48 hours. No two itineraries are alike.
04
What languages do your guides speak?
English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Russian, Japanese, and Korean. All guides are licensed, university-educated, and trained in cultural interpretation — not just translation.
05
How do I pay?
We accept bank wire (USD/EUR/GBP), major credit cards, and PayPal. A 30% deposit secures your booking; the balance is due 30 days before departure. All quotes are itemized and transparent.
06
Do you handle Tibet permits?
Yes. Foreign visitors to Tibet require a Tibet Travel Permit, which we arrange in addition to your China visa. Permit processing takes 10-15 working days.
